Door Creek, a lovely orchard in Cottage Grove, has Honeycrisp. Honeycrisp trees are a difficult variety to obtain because U of MN controls supply and distribution - the ownership of these varieties is pretty interesting. I am going to make it my mission this fall to find a variety that you like as much, or more, than the Honeycrisp. - REMAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6769177471688750256.post-48629619027388843122011-09-16T10:34:16.033-05:002011-09-16T10:34:16.033-05:00I love that you're a dirty beggar.I love that you're a dirty beggar.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18445688693296690667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6769177471688750256.post-30373163402907077412011-09-16T10:03:10.707-05:002011-09-16T10:03:10.707-05:00Did I tell you this already? Unable to allow the atrocity to unfold, I salvaged them and made a giant apple crisp with flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter as a topping. My whole family shunned me and called me a dirty beggar for several days afterwards, but it was totally worth it.Mikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17198921079835614264noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6769177471688750256.post-13422764808393730862011-09-15T21:23:03.377-05:002011-09-15T21:23:03.377-05:00You should write to Appleberry and have them plant...You should write to Appleberry and have them plant some Honeycrisp trees.
